Handy On The Plaza was created by downtown businesses and community partners, the series kicks off one of The Shoals' most celebrated music traditions by bringing nationally acclaimed artists and regional favorites to the birthplace of the Father of the Blues.
Each evening honors the enduring legacy of W.C. Handy while celebrating the vibrant music culture that continues to shape Downtown Florence today.
