Opening Acts Supporter - $500 (Groups of Sponsors Welcome)

• Social Media Mention: A mention on the Plaza organizer’s social media platforms as a supporter for a particular early afternoon or opening musical act, musician or band.

• Thank-You Signage: Your company’s name included in a “Thank You to Our Sponsors” banner or poster located at the event during the sponsored afternoon act or opening act performance.

Friends of the Plaza - $1,000 (Groups of Sponsors Welcome)

• Social Media Mention: A mention on the Plaza organizer’s social media platforms as a Community Partner.

• On-Site Recognition: Your logo/company name displayed at the event entrance or another prominent area including at various times from the MainStage video board.

• Thank-You Signage: Your company’s name included in a “Thank You to Our Sponsors” banner or poster at the event.

Blues Ambassador - $2,500 

• Branding Recognition: Your logo or company name displayed on Plaza event posters and select on-site signage including, at various times, on the MainStage video board.

• On-Site Visibility: Your logo on Plaza event banners or posters at high-traffic areas, such as near entrances, tables or stage areas.

• Community Activation: Opportunity to provide giveaways or branded items at a specific location during the Plaza event.

• Social Media Shoutout: A thank-you post or mention on the organizing partner’s social media platform(s).

Headliner Artist Sponsor Package - (dependant on Artist/Band) 

• Artist Naming Rights: Brand association with a specific Main Event artist or music act (e.g., “The [Artist] Performance Presented by [Your Brand]”) — Co-sponsoring opportunities also available for this type of package and perks

• Stage Branding: Your logo/company name prominently displayed at the performance stage and on the video board for the sponsored Main Attraction act.

• Social Media Promotion: Featured posts and stories highlighting your sponsorship of the specific act across the Plaza organizer’s channels.

• Meet-and-Greet Access: Exclusive access to meet the sponsored artist or photo opportunities.

• Artist Performance Announcement: Verbal mention before and after the Main Attraction performance, recognizing and thanking you as the sponsor.

• On-Site Brand Placement: Opportunity to have product sampling or other brand experiences around the artist's performance area.

Riff & Rhythm Package - $5,000

• Branding Exposure: Your logo/company name on event signage, website, and social media platforms.

• Secondary Stage Recognition: Logo/company name placement at one of the smaller performance areas or stages.

• On-Site Engagement: Opportunity to set up a promotional booth or experiential area.

• Social Media Shoutouts: Feature in posts leading up to and during the event.

• Program Listing: Your company listed in the Handy festival program with Lead Sponsors for particular date/act/time

Delta Dreamer Package - $7,500

• Prominent Branding: Your logo featured prominently on select signage, marketing materials, and digital platforms.

• Supporting Stage Sponsorship: Prominent branding at and surrounding the MainStage performance area.

• On-Site Activation: Reserved space for a booth to engage festival-goers.

• Social Media Recognition: Regular mentions and shoutouts across the Plaza’s social media channels.

• Community Engagement Opportunity: Opportunity to host a fun, branded contest, game, or challenge for attendees.

• Product Placement: Space for your products to be featured or distributed throughout the Plaza grounds (e.g., at booths, in gift bags, etc.).

Blues Legend Package (Sponsor for a Particular Day’s Events) - $10,000+

• Key Branding for the Day: Your logo/company name as a key sponsor for a particular day of activities across all Plaza marketing materials (posters, flyers, social media, website, MainStage video board).

• MainStage Video Board Display: The MainStage video board will prominently featured/branded with your company’s name/logo throughout the entire day’s activities (e.g., "Your Brand leading activities for a particular day”).

• On-Site Activation: Premium space location reserved in Plaza for your company’s branded activation or experience area (interactive booth, product sampling, etc.)

• Brand Placement in Plaza Website: Dedicated signage and/or banner as well as featured sponsor section on the Plaza’s MainStage video board and digital platforms.

• Stage Announcements: Verbal mentions throughout the Plaza events for that particular day and at key moments during highlighted performances/activities during that day.
